We all have times of deep thirst when our spirit and emotions feel parched. Sometimes-to satisfy our thirst-we drink the first thing that comes along. But drinking substitute sources leaves us emptier and more dehydrated than before. Jesus said he is the living water that truly satisfies our soul's thirst. Jesus said, "Whoever is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, 'Streams of living water will flow from within him.'"
